   El Tawfikia for Construction and Development is one of the leading companies in the field of Real Estate Investment in Egypt. The company was founded in 1930, as it was one of the first of its kind in the field.

Later, in 1977, the company was restructured by Mr. Fawzy El Sayed. Believing in the abilities and the potential of youth talents, Mr. El Sayed provided his children with leadership opportunities, after they acquired the knowledge and certificates that prepared them for the mission. In 2000, Engineer Samir Fawzy El Sayed and his siblings took it upon themselves to lead and redevelop the companies.
